Still trudging along!

Today I needed a bit of a break so I just did 1 hour of cardio on the treadmill that included about 3 miles of straight running but lots of speed walking around that.

Tuesday Stuff

Well, today I made it to the gym and worked on the bike for 1 hour.  I was COMPLETELY sweating and I LOVED IT!!!  Before I would have been grossed out but now I know that sweat equals ounces GONE!!  Here are my stats for the day!

Distance - 12.75 miles

Monday Check In

Today is the first day of my official training for my marathon.  It is so hard to get back into running after taking time off for being sick.  I really struggled but endured and finished.  Here are my stats for the day.

Time:  1 hour 2 minutes 38 seconds
